Wine Tasting class: Vinum in Cologne

Recently I received two tickets to a wine tasting class as a gift from my children. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a gift, but i tend to forget that the two older kids are now earning some of their own money. I tend to think of them still as "the kids".
Anyway, my wife and i attended this class yesterday, and were luck enough to be the only ones attending. So we have a private wine tasting lesson at the Vinum in Cologne.
In summary i can recommend this to anyone. The hostess/teacher was ever so pleasant and was completely open to learning what our taste direction could be. Based on this she offered us some wines for tasting that were new, or rather that we had dismissed some time ago. However, these were from younger, more modern "Winzer", and they did exhibit a surprising taste.
Vinum also does full wine tasting evenings with dinner and is located in a cellar in the Agnesviertel of Cologne.
Definately a recommend!
BTW, this is one of the wines we tasted, and bought!
