Top lounge evening ..

Heard a speech from the female police chief of Wuppertal this evening. She gave probably too many statistics, but she made some good points. For example, studies show that when people are forced to complete their work in a given time, they even complete more and become more efficient! Soft skills office and business work only. Interesting, as I'm a big fan of less work hours but more accomplished. Prevent people from sitting around in a meeting room for a whole hour, just because Tue meeting was scheduled for an hour.
As I've said before, take all of the chairs out of the conference rooms...imagine how quickly the meetings will go and how much time is left to do the actual discussed during the shorter meetings!
